- Set a deposit for a specific service. Your client pays it by card. Signato releases an unpaid booking after 30 minutes.
- Approve bookings first if you want. Turn on approval for a service. Signato sends you a request and you decide whether to confirm the appointment.
- Adjust appointments in a shared calendar. Move a booking by dragging it. You can also see your appointments in Google or Apple Calendar.

Does my client need an account to fill in the questionnaire?
No. They open the link in a browser and answer the questions without registering. If they don’t manage it at home, they can fill in the questionnaire at your place.
When does my client get the questionnaire?
If they choose an appointment within the next 2 days, Signato sends it right away. For a later appointment it arrives about 2 days before the visit. In the Questionnaire plan you share the link with your client yourself.
Where do I see an allergy warning?
In the header of the client record and in the client list. For allergies or medication, your client adds what they are allergic to or what they take. Before the service you also go through their detailed answers.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you want to continue, you activate a paid subscription. If you don’t choose one, there is nothing to cancel. You still have access to your records – see the section on data. You can find the details in the terms of service.
What do I do when a client doesn’t show up?
Mark in the calendar that they didn’t come. Their record then shows how many times they didn’t come.
Do I pay a fee for receiving a deposit?
The payment gateway deducts its fee from the payment according to its price list and pays the rest into your account. Signato takes nothing from the deposit.
Does Signato send reminders by text message?
No. It sends reminders by email, so you pay nothing extra for text messages.
