Before a treatment, you go through the process and risks with your client. They read and sign the consent on a phone or tablet. Signato stores it with the signature and a timestamp. You can download it as a PDF when you need it.

Do I need a new computer or tablet for the salon?
A device with internet and a browser is enough. You open Signato on the computer, tablet or phone you already use.
What if my client doesn’t fill in the questionnaire in advance?
They fill it in with you before the treatment, on your tablet or phone. You go through the answers together before the service begins.
Can I post photos from a client record on Instagram?
Storing photos, or consent to a treatment, is not consent to publish them. Ask for that separately and state where and for what purpose you want to use the photos.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you want to continue, you activate a subscription. If you stop using Signato, export any documents you need first. You will find the details in the terms of service.
