Is an electronic signature legally usable?
Yes. For cosmetic, beauty, fitness and advisory services a simple electronic signature (SES) under eIDAS is sufficient. Signato adds a timestamp, IP address and document hash, so you have solid proof in a dispute. For specific legal situations we recommend consulting a lawyer.
Will Signato protect me from every complaint?
