General Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between:

Customer — a natural or legal person (typically a beauty salon, PMU studio or aesthetic clinic) who creates an account in Signato.

2. Service description

Signato is a web application (SaaS) for creating and managing electronic informed-consent questionnaires, digital signatures and photo documentation for cosmetic procedures. Specific features are described at Signato and may evolve over time.

3. Contract formation

The contract is formed when the Customer registers at Signato and accepts these Terms. The Customer must have legal capacity and authority to enter contracts on behalf of any organisation represented.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The Provider does not store full card details. Invoices are issued electronically.

8. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. In relation to the Customer's clients the Provider acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) forms part of these Terms or is concluded separately on request.

9. Intellectual property

Signato (code, design, database structure, documentation) is the intellectual property of the Provider. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of the subscription. Content uploaded by the Customer (questionnaires, client data) remains the Customer's property.

The Provider is liable for damage caused by culpable breach of the contract up to the amount of 12 months' subscription paid by the Customer. The Provider is not liable for lost profit, consequential damage, or damage caused by force majeure.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. The Customer will be notified of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If the Customer disagrees, they may terminate the contract within this period.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved primarily out of court. The competent court is the general court of the Provider.
